The contractor must organize the site to eliminate and/or reduce potential risks of accidents and incidents inherent to the work by adopting adequate preventive measures. The contractor is required to conduct a preliminary site visit to understand potential risks associated with the intervention area and surrounding zones. They must ensure the safety and health of workers and hygiene on the site, taking into account the dangers posed by the products and materials used. A safety officer must be appointed to implement preventive measures and ensure compliance with safety provisions in the hygiene, safety, and environmental plan (PHSE). The contractor must provide a detailed PHSE plan, which includes identifying hazards, analyzing foreseeable risks, and outlining measures for hygiene and safety. The contractor is also responsible for the maintenance of safety protections and must ensure that only qualified workers access high-risk areas. A traffic plan for the site must be established and regularly updated, ensuring safe access and circulation for workers and vehicles. Equipment and consumables for the drinking water analysis laboratory in Marrakech, tree trimming near medium voltage lines, rehabilitation works for pumping stations, studies for the rehabilitation and expansion of wastewater networks, supply and installation of a backup transformer, acquisition of water suction and drainage equipment, maintenance of wastewater treatment plants, and various studies related to water supply and distribution.
